Sketch at Cabot’s Pueblo Museum in Desert Hot Springs

October 10 @ 10:00 AM12:00 PM

Come sketch at Cabot’s Pueblo Museum in Desert Hot Springs. The Pueblo is a one-of-a-kind structure, built by Cabot Yerxa over a period of 20 years using reclaimed materials and is a blend of Hopi and Pueblo Revival architectural styles. The Museum is set in the foothills of the Coachella Valley and offers stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape. Admissions to the grounds only is $5 and can be paid at the entrance. Draw the quirky buildings, visitors touring the museum, and the views of the desert and Mt. San Jacinto. Meet at the parking lot at 10 AM.

Usually the weather in the desert cooperates with scheduled sketch events, however it’s a good idea to check this listing the day of the event in case it has to be cancelled because of rain, wind, or other unforeseen conditions.  Any changes or cancellations will be posted by 7 am.
